Controller Update via Mobile App
Requirements
In order to do an update via mobile app, you will need the following:
1. E-bike Firmware Update mobile app
2. iPhone / Android device
3. Firmware (.bin file/s available below)
Latest Default settings:
There are different firmware files for the X1 Pro, Stealth, and Photon. Please see the Dropbox folder below and check the directory PDF file to find the latest firmware for your specific motor. Ensure that the firmware you download is for your motor.

Guidelines
Follow the steps below to complete a firmware update own firmware change:
1. Ensure that the "E-bike Firmware Update" app and the .bin firmware files are downloaded to your mobile device.
2. Open the Firmware Update app and allow BLE accessibility
3. Connect to the CYC kit
4. Select "Choose file" in the bottom left corner of the screen and select the file of the motor model that you are updating. Once the file is selected, it will immediately start loading.
5. Wait for the bootloader and firmware to finish uploading and updating.
6. DONE
WARNING: uploading incorrect firmware and running the motor could cause damage and will not be warrantied. Ensure that the correct motor firmware is loaded.
