Please understand this is a generic pre-written document and it is presented to anyone creating a support ticket. Quite often when people create a ticket the information given is very limited with little detail.
No matter how slight your issue is if it becomes a warranty issue then we have complete documentation from the beginning.
We need to document the issue correctly to resolve this and we need detailed information. The information we request will help speed up the process and create a record for us to receive replacements items from the factory if we need to send you anything.
Please kindly read this check list to see if there is any information you can add to give clarity on this issue. Ignore anything you have already done but do read each part in detail.
1- Please state what the exact item is that is causing an issue in the title or in response to this request. For example when describing your issue please give information like "My MP4 26R Motor" instead of "My motor" Or "my Magic pie edge 36 volt twist throttle" instead of my throttle. This saves us a ton of research time and we can get down to the issue quickly and correctly.
2- Please upload any pictures that will help to display the problem. Plus pictures of all labels and warranty stickers so we can confirm the products described and proceed quickly.
3- Please state the order number or email address you used at time of purchase so we can confirm the items of issue.
We do realize sometimes with research we can find some or even all of this information, but we prefer you state the exact items and the exact problem as clearly as possible so there is no confusion and less questions.
