Universal Controller Connections

Created by Golden Motor, Modified on Thu, 29 May at 3:16 PM by Golden Motor

The battery's black and red wires need to connect to the controller B- and B+ terminals respectively. The three motor phase wires (yellow, green, and blue) need to connect to the controller's yellow, green, and blue terminals. The motor's hall wires can connect to the controller's hall sensor plug, however, this is not required as the controller can run in sensorless mode.

If you purchase the external throttle and e-brake lever from us, they will plug into the controller. If you are using a different throttle and e-brake lever, you will have to splice the wires to connect them to the controller's throttle and brake plugs. If you need more details on splicing the wires please ask and I can assist.
