BLUETOOTH Troubleshoot step 1

Hello,

Sorry to hear of your issue.

With the Bluetooth device plugged in turn the power on

On power up does it:

1 - Blink a blue light once
2 - Blue light comes on and stays on
3 - No blue light at all

Try turning the power slowly off and on a few times to be sure what you are seeing.

If the light is coming on and staying solid please watch this video.
