NEW - MP5 Bluetooth Troubleshoot

Note: Some of the Bluetooth dongles blink with a red light and require you to connect to "LingBo" on the app, instead of "GM".

1. Is your hub motor kit working, other than the Bluetooth issue?

2. Is the Bluetooth dongle light on? Is it blinking or constant or do you not see any light? If it is blinking then continue.

3. Did you download the Bluetooth app from our website?

4. Please try using a different phone/device to connect to the Bluetooth dongle. Also, the Bluetooth dongle may not be labelled "GM" so try connecting to other Bluetooth devices listed on the app to see if any of them work.

5. If you have another Golden Motor kit try using your Bluetooth dongle on that kit, or if you have another Bluetooth dongle try using it on this kit and let me know the results.
