Bypass CYC Display

Here’s how you can run the motor without the display:

1. Unplug the display & short-circuit the B+ & Key-In pins using a bypass plug (attached reference images)
2. You should be able to connect to the CYC Ride Control App or if you press the throttle, the throttle should output power.
   WARNING: Lift the rear wheel BEFORE attempting to press the throttle as the system will be in the highest assist level by default.
3. If the throttle and app works as normal, then the display is the cause of the issue.

This won’t cause any harm to the kit or void warranty so you’re free to continue riding like this if it works while you wait for your replacement display. Just be sure to cover the connector so that no debris or water gets in.
