1. What are you using to close the e-lock switch?
2. When you turn on the battery and close the e-lock switch, do you see a light blink on the controller? If not, measure the voltage across the negative and positive terminals. Measure the positive terminal on the other side of the fuse to make sure the fuse has not blown.
3. If you do see it blink, does it blink just once, or does it repeat? If it repeats, count the number of consecutive blinks and let me know; this indicates an error code. It may start blinking once you try to use the throttle, so keep an eye out for that as well.
4. If it blinks just once and the throttle is not responding at all, please send me pictures or a video of your wiring and PI-800 programming parameters if you have a USB programming cable.
