RETURN via UPS - label has been sent to you

A UPS label has been emailed to you to return the item(s). Please follow these instructions carefully.

1 - Package the item properly in the original packaging if possible.

2 - Be 100 percent sure no labels or documents are on or in the box.
- Remove or cover labels, documents or writing from the box.
- If any labels or writing on the box can not be removed cover it 100 percent with black marker or something suitable.

3- Read the instruction in the Email completely and print whatever is offered in the email

4 - Attach the new shipping label to the box securely covering it in clear tape

5 - If you are outside of Canada there will be a invoice to be printed as well
- The invoice must be on the outside of the box inside a clear envelope
- If you don't have a clear envelope a sandwich baggie will do.
- The invoice must be easily removable if customs wants to cut through the plastic to read it.
- Customs will not open boxes to find documentation. They will request new documentation.

6- Once you have the parcel ready you can drop it at a local UPS store or call them to come and pick it up.
