How to use Shipping Label and Customs Document

I have attached the shipping label and customs document.

1. Pack your items carefully and securely. Write "RMA #%{ticket.number}" on the box.

2. Stick the shipping label on the box.

3. Stick a clear ziploc bag to the outside of the box, and place 3 copies of the customs document inside. Make sure they are easily accessible.

4. Drop off the package at any drop-off point.
